Definition
The North Sea comprises the body of water a) southwards of latitude 62° N, and eastwards of longitude 5° W at the north west side; b) northwards of latitude 57° 44.8' N from the northern most point of Denmark to the coast of Sweden; and c) eastwards of longitude 5° W and northwards of latitude 48° 30' N, at the south side.
